Tbilisi (GBC) -As
of January-October 2021, Caucasian Alco is in the Top-5 of largest exporters by
alcohol beverages.
The list of
leaders also includes the following companies: Kakhetian Traditional Winery,
International Trade Co., GSP Group and Georgian Spirit Company.
According to the
list, Askaneli Brothers and JSC Sarajishvili left Top-5 of largest exporters.
Caucasian Alco's
revenue made up GEL 25 million in 2020, which is 71% more compared to 2019.
In 2020, the
company increased its total revenue by 147% to GEL 9.8 million.
In 2021, it
surpassed such companies as Sarajishvili and Askaneli Brothers in exports.
Zurab Inasaridze
owns 100% of the company.
In
January-November 2021, a total of 38.6 thousand tons of alcoholic beverages
worth USD 140.9 million were exported, which is 22% more than in the same
period of the previous year (January-November 2020: USD 116 million - 29.7
thousand tons).
