Caucasus Motors Won State Tenders Worth Of 40 MLN In 2021

Tbilisi (GBC) - Caucasus Motors Ltd. won 19 state tenders worth 40 million GEL in 2021.

 

The most prominent of these tenders is the consolidated tender announced in June 2021, which involves the purchase of 300 pieces of operative equipment, specialized type pickups and 100 units of cars worth GEL 30.7 million for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia during 2021-2024.

 

At the same time, the company won another tender from the same buyer. The tender involved purchase of 50 pickups worth GEL 5.1 million.

 

"Caucasus Motors" was founded in 2011. The company is the official importer of Mitsubishi cars. In 2020, the company had 10 employees. Iberia Business Group LLC owns 100% of the company, which is owned by IBG Holding Ltd.

The shareholder structure of IBG Holding is as follows:

Tariel Khechikashvili - 24%

Ekaterine Inasaridze - 29.22%

Tamar Gvazava - 10.89%

Madona Tamazashvili - 10.89%

JSC Red Capital - 20% (Russian Federation)

Snezhna Kotova - 5% (Russian Federation)
